I suggest we put up a thread in the Wotan forum regarding guaranteed invites. We do have to be careful of exactly how many places we each blag to start with. At whats likely to be an oversubscribed event, i don't want the booking list to appear to be chock full of our cronies straight away.
In fact, i'll start a new thread on it now....

I think for this one we need to insist on deposits being paid when booking is made.
I don't want some non-paying twat filling up the spaces.
As for the guaranteed places... I see no reason why they can't be on top of the normal places as long they are even for the sides.
Might i suggest we go for payment in full with booking ?
The problem with that is we are holding a big wodge of cash which will only have to handed over to UCAP, so no advantage. But I can see that it would stop punters bunging a

WRT to "guaranteeds",how many people are gonna be on that list? Really cant be too OTT on the numbers, we've two already. Thinking about it. probably best not to put their names on it, like was done with a few at Arnhem. So i'll delete that thread.

I like the right hand side of the banner. Don't like the pic of WvB in the middle. He was just the head of the rocketry department. Hans Kammeler was put in charge of all "Revenge weapons" projects. Not sure about the atom either. Would prefer some kind of weapons blueprints.
Regarding a name? - just leave it as "Projekt Wotan". Doesnt need any more than that on the banner does it?
